Back by popular demand! Join The Wisconsin Philharmonic as we pay homage to our Nation’s heroes, the men and women of our Armed Forces, with compositions by some of America’s greatest composers. Samuel Barber, the masters of the Big Bands and of course, Aaron Copland. Henry Fogel joins forces with Alexander Platt and our musicians to bring Preamble for a Solemn Occasion by Copland to life. This setting of the Preamble for the original Charter of the United Nations along with our celebration of America’s music is sure to strike the patriotic heartstrings. Come help us honor in words and music those veterans of our past, present and future.
